Journal History

  • Journal Advances in Food Science, Sustainable Agriculture and Agroindustrial Engineering (AFSSAAE) was firstly published in July 2018.
  • The first and second publication of AFSSAAE was available online under the faculty URL website (http://afssaae.tp.ub.ac.id/?journal=afssaae). However, due to the journal management policy in Universitas Brawijaya that all online journals should be under the university website, the AFSSAAE URL website was moved to https://afssaae.ub.ac.id/index.php/afssaaee/index on April 2019. Since then, AFSSAAE has been continuously published articles as scheduled.
  • For increasing accessibility and protection from plagiarism, AFSSAAE has registered all the publications to CrossRef to get Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
  • Since 2018 until 2022 AFSSAAE was published  two issues per year (July and December)
  •  On 3rd April 2020, AFSSAAE has been accredited "SINTA 2 (Rank 2)" by the Ministry of Research and Technology of The Republic of Indonesia (No SK. 85/M/KPT/2020).
  • Starting from Vol 4 No 1 (2021), publication in  AFSSAAE is charged IDR 1,000,000  (or USD 75 )  for each accepted manuscript.
  • Starting Vol 5 No 2 (2022), publication in AFSSAAE is charged IDR 1,250,000  (or USD 80 )  for each accepted manuscript.
  • Starting 2023, AFSSAAE published 4 issues per year (March, June, September, and December).
