Author Guidelines

Submission of the manuscript article has been agreed by all co-authors, has not been published elsewhere or is not under review or consideration for publication anywhere else. The pubslisher will not be responsible should there be any claims for compensation or conflict of interest.

There are four types of article submission include short communication, original research article, review article, and Special issues.

Citation of reference in the text should be identified by the author name and year in  bracket. For example:

  • Food processing is influence by many factors (Albert et al., 2011).
  • This study results are in agreement with the previous study reported by Adam and Max (2014).
  • The inclusion of environmental factor in developing green agroindustries are crucial has been widely acknowledged (Smith, 2010; Adam and Max, 2014).

Example of the reference list  in Harvard style is as follows:

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
