Advances in Food Science, Sustainable Agriculture and Agroindustrial Engineering (AFSSAAE) E-ISSN 2622-5921 is an international journal published twice a year in July and December. The journal was established in 2018 by the Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FAT), Universitas Brawijaya (UB) aimed to disseminate knowledge, innovation, science and technology, as well as research results in all the areas of sustainable food production, agricultural and agro-industrial practices associated with process engineering, biotechnology and bioprocess engineering, agricultural engineering, agricultural machineries, engineering management, engineering system, the environments, and related fields.

AFSSAAE publishes original research articles, review articles, short communication and case studies. For more details, authors need to consult the Author Guidelines.

New Author Guidelines

 

Starting from January 2020, AFSSAAE uses new Author Guidelines. For further information, authors are advised to check the Author Guideline and Journal Template on the right sidebar navigation.

Manuscript Submission

 
AFSSAAE processes all manuscripts through open journal system (OJS). To submit manuscripts, authors are required to register and login by assessing   www.afssaae.ub.ac.id. Letter of manuscript submission will be automatically sent to the corresponding authors by email. Authors can also monitor the update of their manuscript submission via OJS
